What a 20% commission actually looks like
Charm Partners earn 20% on consumer product sales made through their links. That is not a vague “up to” number. It is a straightforward cut of the sale when someone buys through you.
Per-sale examples
A $40 serum sale can put $8 in your pocket. A $65 hair treatment can earn you $13. A $130 skincare set can earn you $26. Share a product once, and every order that comes through that link pays you the same 20%. You don't fulfill the order. Charm and our partner shops handle inventory, shipping, and support.
What a month can look like
Sales commission is only one piece. Partners can also earn $50 when someone they invite joins (up to five people), plus 10% team commission on eligible sales from two levels of their team.
Different sales styles. Sample months, not a guarantee.

Passive is light sharing plus one Associate. Active is more promotion and a small team. Self Made Leader is stronger personal sales plus a team that keeps selling. None of these are separate plans. They are examples of how the same 20% commission and team model can stack.
Quick definition: an Associate is a Charm Partner on a team leader's team — someone that leader referred. Associates are still Partners. The word just describes their place relative to the person who invited them.
Building a team helps you and the people you bring in. When Associates sell, they earn their own commissions and you earn team commission on eligible sales. Associates can become team leaders too: they invite their own people, earn on those sales, and commissions spread through the two levels so more than one Partner benefits from the same activity. Building a great business often means working with great people: friends, creators, and go-getters who want the same flexibility you do. You grow together, share what works, and both sides can earn more than selling alone.
What that money can change
An extra $500 a month can cover a car payment, groceries, or childcare. $2,000 a month can replace a part-time job or take real pressure off rent and bills. At Self Made Leader levels, many people start treating Charm as primary income, not just a side hustle.
The bigger shift is control. You promote on your own schedule. Morning posts before work, lunch lives, evenings after the kids are down. There is no store to open and no shift lead to ask for time off. You pick the products, you pick when you show up, and commissions follow the sales you and your team drive.
That flexibility is the point. 20% pays you for the sale. The membership structure lets you grow income without building a store, buying inventory, or clocking someone else’s hours. Run the calculator on the homepage to plug in your own numbers and see what a month could look like for you.
