Charm is a membership. We collect only what we need to run the site, set up memberships, pay commissions, and support Partners. We do not sell your personal information.

Information we collect

When you apply, join as a Charm Partner, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, membership choice, and the message you send. If you become a Charm Partner, we may also collect account details, payout information you provide, referral activity, and sales attributed to your links.

We automatically collect limited technical data such as browser type, device, pages visited, and approximate location from IP address. We may use cookies or similar tools to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used.

How we use it

We use this information to operate Charm, process memberships, track eligible sales and commissions, run the referral program, send service emails, provide coaching or support, improve the product, and meet legal obligations. We may send occasional product updates if you have asked to hear from us. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.

Sharing

We share information with service providers who help us run Charm — for example hosting, email, payments, and our third-party shops that fulfill orders. They may only use the data to perform work for us. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect Charm or others, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.

Partner pages and affiliate links are designed to be shared. Do not post information on your Charm page that you do not want public.

Retention and security

We keep information as long as your membership is active and as long as we need it for commissions, records, and the law. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service is perfectly secure.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions. If you live in a region with additional privacy rights, we will honor those requests as required. Contact contact@charmseller.com to make a request.

Children

Charm is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Updates

We may update this policy. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of Charm after an update means you accept the revised policy.
