About Charm

Charm is an affiliate marketing platform where Partners promote products with their own page and links and earn commissions on sales. We’re building a small group of Founding Campus Ambassadors to introduce Charm on campus and grow with us as early Partners. This role is unpaid hourly: you’ll get free Partner membership (fees waived), promo products, and uncapped 20% sales commissions.

Responsibilities

• Represent Charm on your campus through student groups, events, and everyday conversations.
• Create authentic TikTok and Instagram content about Charm.
• Introduce students through hangouts, club events, tabling, or study-session style meetups.
• Share your Charm referral / Partner link and give feedback on what lands with students.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a US college or university.
• Active on TikTok and/or Instagram.
• Plugged into campus life (clubs, Greek life, athletics, student orgs, or other leadership).
• Comfortable talking to people in person and putting friends onto new things.
• About 3–5 hours per month, flexible around classes.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to creators, communities, and potential Charm Partners across social platforms.
• Help draft and share outreach messages, email campaigns, and social content.
• Track conversations, follow-ups, and early partner interest.
• Support marketing experiments and report on what is working.

Requirements

• Previous Charm Ambassador or a recent graduate.
• Strong interest in marketing, social media, or the creator economy.
• Clear written communication and comfort reaching out to new people online.
• Self-directed and organized in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Charm's marketing site, partner-facing pages, and web tools.
• Implement responsive UI, performance improvements, and clean, maintainable code.
• Collaborate on new product pages, landing pages, and site updates.
• Fix bugs, improve accessibility, and help keep the site fast and reliable.

Requirements

• 4 years of web development experience, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end development.
• Experience building responsive websites and maintaining production web applications.
• Comfort working independently in a remote US-based role.
