How do I get paid?+
You're paid through direct deposit every 2 weeks. You earn 20% commission on sales through your links, plus team and sales bonuses.
Can I still be paid if I don't make any sales?+
Yes. You have the potential to earn KPI bonuses through outreach goals and residual bonuses.
Is Charm still partnered with Temu?+
Charm is no longer partnered with Temu. Our current partners have been updated in the Dashboard.
Do I need a large following?+
No. You need a social media page, products to share, and a reason to stay consistent. Charm is built for people who can talk about a product, not only people with a massive audience.
What if I'm not good at sales?+
No sales background required. Charm’s Growth coaching platform walks you through creating content that sells and growing your audience, whether you’re new to posting or not.
Do I need to recruit people?+
No. Recruitment is not required. It is a bonus opportunity to earn more income if you choose to invite others.
What countries can sign up?+
Charm is for US residents 18+ only.
Do you take tax out of my commissions?+
We do not take taxes out of your commissions. We issue 1099-NECs when needed for Partners.
What’s the difference between Standard and Premium?+
Both include your partner page, affiliate links, 20% sales commission, coaching, referrals, discounted products to buy and promote, and KPI bonuses for outreach like going live and promoting. Standard includes one free promo product your first month and 10% team commission on 2 levels. Premium includes two free promo products your first month, 10% on two levels plus 5% on a third, exclusive products only Premium members can promote, and quarterly and holiday bonus eligibility.
What happens if my membership lapses?+
Your page, links, and commissions pause until you return. Your membership stays active as long as you keep paying.
Do I have to pay for ads?+
No. Paid advertising is not required. Charm is built around sharing products you believe in on social, with friends, and in your community. You can grow by staying consistent, not by buying traffic.
Why do companies work with Charm?+
Some companies would rather have real people talk about their products than spend more money on online ads nobody clicks. Charm Partners share products they actually like, which is more personable, has a better shot at spreading, and helps the product connect with customers who already trust the person sharing it.
Who holds the inventory and ships orders?+
Charm and our third-party shops manage inventory. You are not required to buy bulk inventory, pack boxes, or track shipments. When someone buys through your link, fulfillment happens on our side.
Who answers customer support?+
Our 3rd party shops handle customer support. You are not staffing a help desk or handling returns. If a customer has a question relating to their delivery, refer them to the seller's contact/return page. Your job is promoting products.
Is income guaranteed?+
No. Commissions depend on real sales through your links and, for residual income, sales from your team. The calculator on the homepage is an example, not a promise. People who stay consistent have a real path to earn. Results vary.
