Partner Rules
Version 2026-09-19. These rules apply when you use the Charm partner dashboard, your Charm page, affiliate links, and team tools. They sit alongside the public Terms of Service on charmseller.com.

These Partner Rules apply when you use the Charm dashboard, your Charm page, affiliate links, and team tools. They sit alongside the public Terms of Service on charmseller.com. By creating an account, you agree to follow them.
Independent contractor
You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or partner of Charm in the legal sense. You run your own business. Charm does not control how you work day to day beyond these rules and the program terms. You are responsible for your own taxes, expenses, and compliance with laws that apply to you.
Membership and promoting
Your membership lets you promote Charm products, earn on qualifying sales you drive, and optionally build a team under the current compensation plan. Charm and our fulfillment partners handle inventory, shipping, and customer service for member product orders.
Honest representation
Do not misrepresent Charm, the products, or what someone can earn. Do not guarantee income, quote hypothetical earnings as typical, or show your own results as what others should expect. Do not imply Charm endorses claims you make in posts, videos, or messages. When you discuss income potential or planning ranges, point people to Rankings Estimate on the Intranet and make clear those figures are estimates, not guarantees. Follow Charm advertising and compliance guidance. Wellness and cosmetic claims must stay honest and within labeling.
Your Charm page and links
You are responsible for how you share your username, Charm page, and Shop links. Use only links and tools Charm provides unless we approve something else in writing.
Compensation plan confidentiality
The compensation plan, rank tables, bonus details, and other pay structures shown inside the Charm dashboard are for active members only. Do not post screenshots, screen recordings, or copies of dashboard compensation pages on social media, in recruiting messages, or anywhere public. You may describe the program in your own words using approved public materials, but do not share the dashboard visuals themselves.
Commissions and payouts
Commissions, residuals, referrals, and bonuses pay according to the Charm compensation plan in effect when the sale qualifies. Refunds, chargebacks, or cancelled orders can reduce or reverse amounts. Keep payout details current in Billing when Connect or bank info is available. Charm and Stripe may require additional verification details from members for payouts. Charm may change the compensation plan, bonus structure, payout timing, or program features. When we do, we will communicate through the dashboard, email, or other official channels. Continued participation after a change means you accept the updated program.
Orders and promos
Free promos and member purchases follow the limits shown in Products and Billing. Promo and buy privileges depend on an active paid membership unless the site says otherwise. Do not abuse promo limits or attempt to circumvent checkout.
Team and recruiting
Recruit through your referral signup link when you invite new partners. Do not misrepresent the opportunity, income potential, membership cost, or requirements. Charm may adjust tree display for cancelled or lapsed accounts as described in program materials.
Account standing
Charm may suspend or close accounts that break program rules, misuse branding, spam, share confidential dashboard materials, or create risk for customers or other partners. Questions about standing or compliance go to Message Center under Compliance or Support.
Updates
We may update these Partner Rules. When we do, we will post the new version on this page. Continued use of the dashboard after an update means you agree to the current rules.
